We collect only the data voluntarily provided by visitors when filling in the forms on this page: name, job title, work email, phone number (WhatsApp), company, industry, age of the legacy system and a description of the problem you are facing. Essential technical data (IP address, user agent) may also be recorded for security purposes.

The data is processed exclusively so that our sales team can get in touch with an analysis of the scenario you described and a potential modernization proposal. We do not process your data for targeted advertising, nor do we share it with third parties.

Processing is based on consent (Article 7(I) of Brazilian Federal Law No. 13,709/2018 — the LGPD, Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law): consent that is freely given, informed and unambiguous, provided when you submit the forms.

Data is retained for as long as needed for the sales engagement, or until the data subject requests its deletion.

In accordance with Article 18 of the LGPD, data subjects may at any time request confirmation of the existence of processing, as well as access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about data sharing and withdrawal of consent — simply by writing to the email address given in Section 1.
